KyroNode collects account details provided by Discord (user identifier, username and verified email), necessary session and login security information, product requests, and affiliate referral activity.
How data is used
Account details support authentication, access control and customer requests. Security verification emails are sent through Brevo. We retain only information needed for service operation and security.
Referrals
Affiliate referral codes associate store visits and submitted service requests with an affiliate. No purchases or commissions are represented as paid without payment verification.
Before public launch
This is a platform development notice, not a finalized GDPR privacy policy. Before commercial operation, the operator must publish legally reviewed information identifying the controller, lawful bases, retention periods, recipients and data-subject rights.
